Vintage Notes:
The 2024 vintage began with reasonable weather throughout bloom and set. During the sizing phase, we experienced very warm weather that affected berry growth on many varietals. In mid-February,
while harvest slowed due to moderate temperatures, the prolonged ripening period-maintained vine balance and higher fruit quality. Overall, the 2024 vintage delivered yields slightly normal while upholding our desired fruit
characteristics and quality.
Fermentation Notes
The fruit was harvested on March 12, 2024, at optimum ripeness. The grapes were hand-picked into 15-pound boxes and transported to the winery. The whole-cluster was gentle press, then the juice was racked to stainless steel tank, fermented under temperature control. The wine was soon after the fermentation start the cold stabilization to preserve the refreshing acidity and fresh tasting.
Tasting Notes
The 2024 Pillmayken Rosé is highly approachable and enjoyable with its pale rosé color is pleasing to the eye and
draws one in a dry, aromatic, refreshing wine that reminds us that while rosé is great on a hot summer day, it is
also a versatile wine worth reaching for all year long. It’s a perfect match for a wide variety of pairings or just on its own and is a wine that is meant to be enjoyed at the table, poolside, beach-side, outside, but especially with
someone by your side. with pretty complex aromas of strawberries, exotic tropical fruit, and cloves. The rewarding taste profile is mediumbodied with crisp acidity and lush while being bone dry with a smooth finish

Philosofy
We believe that wines are made in the vineyard. The unique characters, the flavors, the differences between varieties, are largely responsible for the distinct personality of the wine. While the influence of the winemaker is critical to creating beautiful wine, we believe that role should be one of guidance rather than direction.
The winemaker should act as an instructive parent, correcting unacceptable actions and praising positive ones, rather than a drill sergeant, commanding
direction and action.
